Q: Are you 100% gluten free?

Yes! All of our ingredients are 100% gluten-free. And we produce in a dedicated gluten-free facility so there is no risk of cross contamination.

Q: Are you allergen friendly?

Yes, we are! All the ingredients are gluten-free, tree-nut-free (except coconut), peanut-free, and dairy-free. Many of our dishes are also soy-free. And we have options that are sesame-free and shellfish-free. Even our containers are gluten-free from World Centric. If you have any other questions about accommodating allergies, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate!

Q: Do you offer any vegan options?

Yes. Many of our dishes are 100% vegan.

Q: When is your order deadline?

Wednesday 11:59pm for Friday delivery/pickup. Friday 11:59pm for Sunday delivery/pickup.

Q: Can your dishes be frozen?

Yes - some of our dishes do great in the freezer.  All of these dishes can be frozen: dumplings, Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken, General Tso's Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, Moo Shu Chicken, Spicy Cumin Lamb, Five Spice Beef.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

All purchases are non-refundable, but eligible for store credit if modified or canceled ahead of the deadline. If you can't receive your scheduled delivery, please contact us in advance of the deadline and we will credit your account for the amount of the order. Because everything is specially made to order, this also applies to any changes to an order, including but not limited to, delivery address changes, allergy changes, and delivery window changes.

Q: Where and when do you delivery?

We deliver to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and parts of New Jersey.  Check your Zip Code here.

Q: How are meals delivered?

All meals are packed into an insulated bag and delivered via courier. They are designed to stay chilled for several hours, but we recommend refrigerating them as soon as possible.

Q: Can I return the delivery bag?

Yes - we actually request that you return the bag with your next order.  This allows us to give the bags new life and lower our waste.

Q: How does delivery work?

We will send you an ETA window the evening before delivery. On the delivery day, we will text you when your order is heading your way.

Q: Where is the food prepared?

All meals are made from scratch in a dedicated 100% gluten-free, nut-free, & peanut-free kitchen.

Q: How long will my meals stay fresh?

We recommend enjoying your meals within 3 days of delivery. You can also freeze the meals for up to 1 month.

Q: How is the food packaged?

Meals are packed in compostable containers. Containers are oven and microwave safe for easy reheating. When you're done enjoying your meal, you can remove the label and compost the container as you would food waste.

Q: What is the best way to reheat my food?

Q: Where do you source your ingredients?

Our beef is pasture-fed and our chicken is free range and with no antibiotics.We try to source all the organic vegetables from New York Local farms as much as possible. However, we still have a few ingredients are imported from Asia, like our amazing Thai Jasmine Rice from Thailand.

Q: Are you completely organic?

We try to source as many ingredients organic as possible.
